All the payments have to be made prior the event to confirm your booking
If cancellation is made 72 hours before the event it will be refunded 100%
If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to event only 25% of amount will be refunded
In case of no show on the event day no refund will be made
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
The shipment/services will NOT be provided to any of the OFAC (sanctioned) countries in accordance with the law of UAE

The Pricing of the Tickets may vary from Event to Event. The customer has to visit the website when required for latest pricing.

The Event ticket will be shared via email to the customer and a unique ref# will be present in it, customer has to present the ref# at the event day.
At the time of checkout, the multiple services bought may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase through this website will be refunded through the original mode of payment.”
